Why didn’t NYS DMV use the Apple Driver’s App instead?
It just won't take the photo of the back of my ID. Support isn't available - error msg. What now?
Try this ------ Before pressing the I Agree terms and conditions, You actually need to read the terms and conditions. I only scroll them till the end and it works
I had already done that but I did it again with no success. It isn’t an issue with the physical ID card or my camera; when I erroneously took a photo of the back side first, it took the photo but when I flipped it over, it glitched on the front of the card. It had taken the photo of the front with no problem, earlier.
Your app DOES NOT WORK! Wouldn't scan rear of lic. Tried several times. Tried live chat only to be disconnected, as I approached front of queue. Very frustrating!
Maybe you downloaded another DMV app from another state, and that is why I'm letting them know that they should link this app here
Glad NYS provide an app that can be use for all platforms.
Link the MID app here because there are more DMV's apps in the app stores from other States
Do you people realize Apple already has a better, more integrated, and probably more secure, version of this you could’ve used instead of wasting money developing a worse product.
Public records indicate they did have meeting with Apple contractors. Looks like nothing came out of those discussions.

Yea I’m pretty sure you see it in like 7 hours after taking the test. You have to check online there not allowed to tell you right after the test for safety reasons

Ive been trying to report Corruption to this guy and his secretaries are blicking my message from getting through. These women wont even get me a supervisor. Nor will they admit that there responses to me are authorized by the Commissioner. This guy and his office are a joke and not serious at all. They illegally hold my license do to corruption in their officals. I have solid proof hard evidence and still cant be heard.. what a joke

IF you have any friend who has a car and can help you to take you a road test, just make sure the car has valid insurance and registration . Or you can ask for a taxi service to help you to provide a car. my husband took the nearest taxi service to use a car to complete his road test

I've noticed some of the driving schools include a vehicle to take the test in with their driving packages, but we are talking hundreds of dollars.
